Toyin's Engagement

Hello beautiful people! Welcome to my first look book post.

I recently got the Zaron Eye shadow and Blush palette in Show Stopper and decided to try it out. Need i say the palette is gorgeous and offers real value for money! It’s about 3,000NGN approximately US$18.75.

This palette comes in three different colour shades all complete with 12 Eye shadows and 2 Blushes. Just like the name says, it’s a real show stopper. It has so many vibrant colours that i didn’t know which colour themed look to go for. I had a purple top on and this guided my choice. I wanted a sultry eye that wasn’t so dramatic or bold.
EYES:
Anastasia eye brow pomade (in Ebony; for my brows)
NYX Jumbo eye pencil in white
Zaron eye shadow (show stopper)
I started out with an NYX Pencil in white. I used orange colour from the palette on my lid, purple on the outer lid, black on the crease and beige on the brow bone. I highlighted the outer corner of my eye with orange from the palette and lined underneath my eyes with purple from the palette.
LIPS:

NYX Hippie Chic Lipstick
Wet n Wild Carrot gold
FM Hot Red Lipstick
Brown Lip crayon
For my lips, i initially wanted to go in for a nude lip colour(you can never go wrong with nude…lol) but the idea of an ombre lip colour held so much appeal that I decided to give it a try. I lined my lips with a brown lip crayon. I wanted a rose gold and red ombre lip colour.
To get that, I decided to use the Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick in Carrot gold on my upper lip and NYX Hippie chic on my lower lips, I smacked my lips and errmm... I got a nice shade of pink colour  that wasn't rose gold! I used my FM lipstick in Hot Red to line the lips inplace of a lip pencil to complete the look. This blended perfectly into each other to create an ombre effect.

CHEEK:
Earth -tone Blush colour (Zaron Show Stopper)
I had an acne breakout a day before i created this look, so I didn’t want to pile colour on my cheek to reduce attention to my cheek. So I used the earth-tone blush colour on the palette to add a bit of glow to my face.
FINAL LOOK!
I had fun creating this look!
Have you tried this palette? Would you buy this palette if you had a chance? Please share!
Have a lovely day ahead.
Stay Beautiful,
Junie
